Fresado CNC

Las fresadoras CNC son capaces de dar forma a los materiales en formas designadas, principalmente mediante el uso de herramientas de corte rotativas de alta velocidad. Normalmente, las herramientas de corte de la fresadora se pueden reemplazar según las diferentes necesidades de procesamiento, lo que permite la adaptabilidad a diversos requisitos de mecanizado. Además, el material se fija en una mesa de trabajo giratoria, lo que permite que las herramientas de corte procesen el material desde varios ángulos.

Torneado CNC

El torneado CNC es una técnica de mecanizado controlada por ordenador que implica girar una pieza de trabajo sólida mientras una herramienta de corte fija retira material de ella para formar la forma final de la pieza. Todas las operaciones se ejecutan automáticamente en función del modelo CAD cargado en el torno CNC. sheet Metal Fabrication Techniques

The company has more than 20 years of experience in precision sheet metal design and manufacturing, and uses advanced manufacturing equipment and testing equipment imported from Germany, Japan and the United States. We have rich experience in the development of automatic conversion, non-standard equipment, molds, fixtures, fixtures and automation. Our flexible production lines enable us to provide sheet metal fabrication services from design and rapid prototyping to large and small batch production. Our sheet metal fabrication services cover the entire process from design to production and are able to provide a variety of post-processing options according to customer requirements to meet the needs of different industries.

Laser cutting

We utilize CO2, Nd, and Nd:Yag laser cutting machines to achieve high-precision cutting, drilling, and engraving. Depending on customer requirements, we can also perform post-processing such as spraying and heat treatment on the finished components.

Stamping

CTT has 40t-750t equipment. The main processes are punching, bending, stretching and forming. Punching makes the plate shear and separate to get the shape contour; bending makes the plate plastic bending into angle or arc; stretching pulls the plate into cup, tube and so on; forming deforms the plate locally, such as compression rib, turning edge.

Welding

CTT has 4 types of welding, TIG, MIG, MAG and CO2 welding; and 10 sets of automatic welding.CTT's welding process is reflected in the quality, efficiency, adaptability, automation and innovation, with skillful welders, advanced equipments, suitable materials, strict quality control and continuous technological innovation.

Rapid tooling service

We shape plastic parts based on their sizes, complexity, and volumes, using machines ranging from 40 tons to 750 tons. We ensure the accuracy of the design and provide free design consultation. With a fast turnaround and delivery time as short as 15 days, we aim to meet your needs promptly.

CAE Forming Analysis

Predict the crack, wrinkling, thinning, scratch, springback, forming stiffness, and surface quality of the sheet metal, evaluate the forming performance of the sheet metal, and visually display the analysis results.

Injection Molding Tool

Inject molten thermoplastic into a mold to solidify into parts, achieving efficient and large-scale production with stable quality.

Secondary Injection Molding

By molding different plastic materials, we can enhance functionality, aesthetics, and traction, while also reducing assembly time and costs.

Insertion Molding

Wrapping the preset inserts with plastic combines metal and plastic, enhancing strength, simplifying assembly, and ensuring precise integration.

Die Casting

Adopting the latest die casting technology, we provide high-quality, made-to-order components with typical tolerances ranging from ±0.0762 mm to ±0.127 mm, depending on the customer's specification requirements.

3D Printing Service

With rich experience, we can meet various 3D printing needs ranging from prototype design to production, such as visual aids, concept models, injection molding prototypes, shape matching and functional prototypes, mold and casting models, clamps, fixtures, and durable end components.

FDM 3D Printing

Custom parts are created by heating and extruding thermoplastic material layer by layer. It can be used for the initial and functional prototype design of various solid plastic materials as well as small-batch production, with a dimensional accuracy of ±0.5% and a lower limit of ±0.5 mm.

SLS 3D Printing

Industrial 3D printing technology is suitable for manufacturing end-use parts. SLS machines have large print beds, enabling the production of functional plastic parts with isotropic mechanical properties for detailed prototyping or small-batch production of end-use parts. SLS production is economically efficient and is often used by customers to produce the most complex and extensively customized parts.

SLM

The manufacturing process of melting metal powder into solid parts. SLM 3D printing is an ideal choice for the aerospace and automotive industries, capable of providing robust and complex geometric shapes, ensuring high-performance and durable components with intricate designs.

Assembly Simulation and Testing

At CTT, we are fully aware of the critical role of assembly testing and process optimization in the new product development cycle.
Before launching a project at the CTT engineering facilities, our technical team will work together with customers and/or their design studio partners to simulate the final assembly process, so as to evaluate the cost and provide comprehensive DFM feedback.
Optimizing the assembly of product components before full-scale manufacturing can save costs, shorten production lead times, and significantly reduce future quality risks.
Prototype Assembly Project

Prototype design is a critical component of manufacturing.
If necessary, multiple prototypes can be built to optimize the solution, usually to review design iterations and manufacturing methods.
At CTT, we provide a complete prototype fabrication and assembly service. If we can envision performing a complete final assembly at our facility, we will offer this service to our customers free of charge.
